Winter Solstice Day Retreat

Service Description

Join me and Maxime in the warmth of the wood-fired yurt at the Yoga Garden to honour the Winter Solstice. Together we will gather, like we always have to honour the longest night as we begin to turn towards the light. Expect storytelling and folklore, to inspire and awaken our connection to the land and those that have gone before us. We'll spend some time in the wild wintery landscape of Knepp, walking in silence and letting the land speak to us, before cosying into the warmth of the woof-fired yurt to gather around the fire to share our stories and reflections. We'll break bread together as we share a warm, delicious winter stew, and herbal teas. Guided by the energy of the Solstice, ritual and ceremony and honouring all that is alive for us collectively and individually at this potent turning of the wheel.
