This Winter we're opening our home for a simple, sacred and intentional start to the New Year with our intimate home retreat "The Four Elements." Throughout our time together we will tune in and be guided by the powerful elements of Earth, Air, Fire and Water. The retreat is also aligned with the energy of the first Pagan Wheel of the year celebration, Imbolc, which translates as 'Belly of The Mother.' + Space & time to retreat, reflect and restore + Invitation for digital & screen detox + Time around the fire to cleanse & clear and alchemise + Get clarity & set intentions for the year ahead + Daily, lovingly guided intuitive movement practices + Daily wood fired sauna and optional cold water/ice bath + Conscious connected breath-work ceremony guided by Betty + Time in nature and the four elements to wander & wonder, play and be + Swimming in local rivers and waterfalls + Day hike to local mountains and Schist Village + Guided meditations and visualisation + Vision Board Workshop + Nourishing, seasonal home-cooked meals + Private or shared bedroom in the house + Creative writing session + Space for silence & Peace in a wild, rural setting £400 per person including the full programme guided by Emily & Betty, all meals are included, with private accommodation in our home.
