One hour of playful, energising, cleansing movement. Waking up to the energy of Spring within!
Service Description
Join me this Friday morning for a 75 minute practice of movement, breath and energy clearing. I'd love to see you. £12 drop in, Friday 27th Feb, 10am - 11.15am This practice is open to all, is always invitational and I try to make it as accessible as possible - meeting you exactly where you are.
