Service Description

Join me every Friday through January for a one hour practice of movement. I'd love to see you. £11 drop in, or £30 for the month. Friday 9th Jan, 10am-11am Friday 19th Jan, 10am-11am Friday 23rd Jan, 10am-11am Friday 30th Jan, 10am - 11am We'll start gently and build to create momentum and inner heat in the body. Releasing any tension or stagnation. Shaking off this final year of the snake energy! This practice is open to all, is playful and accessible. We'll end with some restorative movement and a long savasana, aligned with the quiet energy of Winter. Any questions - let me know, I'd love to see you.
