Gratitude sharing circle and movement | aligned with the Celebratory, Harvest energy of Lammas.
Service Description
Join me on Friday 31st July, for a 75 minute practice of playful fluid movement, breath, energy clearing and renewal. Time to celebrate Lammas too! The 1st of August, Lammas, is the first day of the harvest season and traditionally a time to celebrate the earth's bounty and give thanks. I'd love to see you. £10 drop in, 9am - 10.15am This practice is open to all, is always invitational and I try to make it as accessible as possible - meeting you exactly where you are. We'll end with some restorative movement and share our gratitudes and thanks for all that has bloomed. Any questions - let me know, I'd love to see you.
