Autumn Writer's Retreat in the Mountains

Autumn is a beautiful time to gather. Join Helen and I this Autumn in the Wild Mountains of Snowdonia. 4 days and 3 nights to drop into our inner well of Creativity. Inspired and guided by the Mountains of Eryri, which will hold us with their limitless depths of awe, magic and beauty. Arrival: Wednesday 2nd September Opening ceremony, supper, orientation, rest. Thursday and Friday: Full days of exploration - inner & outer + Daily intuitive and lovingly guided insight writing sessions held & guided by Helen to help ignite what wants to be expressed through the written word + Playful, mindful and gentle nature connection practices and mindfulness practices to deepen our presence and relationship with our hearts, each other, the stories that want to be written and the land + Embracing the wild landscape through wild swimming and exploring the Mountain trails + Daily movement / somatic / energy practices to align & centre our energy - so we are channeling bright & clear - to allow what wants to flow through us - to flow! + Plenty of time and space for silence, solitude, Peace and presence. This is your time to 'retreat' - to connect with the parts of you that thrive in quiet, wild, inclusive spaces End: Saturday morning (by 11am) after breakfast and closing ceremony + Room options are based on a 'first come, first served basis' - so we recommend booking as soon as you're ready, to ensure you have the room that will best suit what you feel you need from the retreat. + We will share a daily breakfast together, lunches will be homemade 'packed lunches' to eat out on the hill. We'll work as a team to create supper each evening. + All meals are included, from Wednesday evening dinner to Saturday morning breakfast. Meals will be vegetarian and we can of course cater for all dietary requirements (just let us know in advance for our meal planning). The price includes accommodation, all meals and daily guided sessions of insight writing, meditation, movement, sharing and ceremony.
