Autumn is a beautiful time to gather. Join Helen and I this Autumn in the Wild Mountains of Snowdonia. 4 days and 3 nights to drop into our inner well of Creativity. Inspired and guided by the Mountains of Eryri, which will hold us with their limitless depths of awe, magic and beauty. The price includes accomodation, all meals and daily guided sessions of insight writing, meditation, movement, sharing and ceremony. This is an exceptionally special retreat, which we are honoured to open out to those who feel the call and follow the trail to join us... Spaces are limited to 10 women, so we will be 12 with Helen and I. £100 non-refundable deposit - unless you can find someone to take your place at least 4 weeks before the start of the retreat.
