Seeds and dreams - Spring day retreat
A full day retreat in West Sussex this Springtime. Spring is the perfect time to renew and awaken the seeds and sparks within us. To tune into the frequency and follow the energy of all that makes us feel alive. Full day retreat inc. lunch, sea swim and 90 minute wood fired sauna. (£77 per person).

About the event
A full day retreat in the light and airy plant filled sanctuary of Saltwater Studios.
The day and the space will be facilitated with love, curiosity and a deep sense of play and joy by me, Emily.
We’ll explore all that we are and all that we came here for through a combination of...
Meditation, playful, mindful movement, music, breath-work, journaling, dreaming, manifesting and sharing.
Ending with a swim in the sea to really renew and awaken our spirits (!) and a 90 minute wood fired sauna on the beach as we watch the sun set... (with Fire, Salt and Sea - https://firesaltsea.co.uk)

Price includes herbal teas, homemade snacks and a vege/vegan seasonal organic lunch.
