Honouring endings well, enables us to begin with space & clarity. Join me on the 1st December for an enjoyable, creative, playful workshop - where you'll have the time to look back on 2024. + The highs, the lows, the lessons, the joys + The people, projects, places Reflection is such a powerful & pivotal tool to map what has been, so we can be clearer about how we want 2025 to take form. Using the analogy of a river and the power of water to guide us. Expect: + Circle & ceremony + Guided journalling & reflection + Re-visiting 2024 through time travel + Guided meditation + Soothing playlist + Getting creative drawing your river So that you can: + Honour all that's been, see themes/patterns in your year/life + Integrate your experiences + Celebrate yourself + See more clearly what didn't feel good + Tune into what brings you joy & peace + See where you placed your vital energy + Get clearer on where and who you want to place your energy in 2025 Online via zoom. You'll need A4 or A3 paper and coloured pens/pencils and your journal.
