Empowering us to live in full alignment month by month in tune with the rhythms and cycles of the moon. + Online container + Connection & Community + Self enquiry and sharing (optional) + Meditation + Exploring New moon themes + Journalling + Embodied movement The session will be online, guided, accessible and open to all. Limited to 15 places. A safe space to reflect, rest and integrate the previous lunar cycle before stepping into the next one.
