Wild Summer Day Retreat

A fully wild off grid day retreat for your soul at The Wild Space in East Sussex. Bathed in birdsong and trees, together we'll move, laugh, dance, play and breathe. The day includes a foraging walk, lunch, wild sauna, and time around the fire as the sun sets. 

We'll gather together in the beautiful organic structure of the dome to move and play. You'll be guided through some powerful breath-work before we head out into the wild for a gentle foraging walk, gathering the bounty at this time of year from woodland and hedgerow.

We'll eat lunch in the wild as we listen to the birds and share stories and songs, connecting us more deeply to the beautiful Sussex landscape. (Lunch will be organic, vege/vegan and seasonal).

We'll end the day with a wood fired sauna, tea and homemade cake sat around the fire. 

Price is £88pp, and includes lunch, teas, snacks and sauna. 

We are limited to a max of 12, so please book early!
